Leading
Towards
THE SUCCESS!

OVERVIEW
Education
is a right, not a privilege’ and yet many of our people look for
training institutions that are accessible (geographically), affordable
(financially) and suitable (from a programme content point of view), but
these are few and are in big cities.
Masharps was established with a
special mandate to ensure that through its strategy, footprint and
delivery model, it remains accessible, affordable and fit-for-purpose.
Therefore, Masharps is primarily located in rural and peri-urban areas
which are characterised by the following:
Lack of infrastructure (roads, electricity, water, etc)
- limited financial means to pay for anything, other than food and basic necessities
- learning facilities, including libraries and computer labs

PROGRAM DELIVERY
Understanding that students have different needs, based on their prevailing circumstances, Masharps has designed learning programmes that can be delivered in the format that best suits the student.
Our courses are delivered either :
- In a classic classroom environment where students are taught in a conventional classroom in front or their lecturers
- In an e-Learning format where the students are able to study and obtain their information via our electronic online learning format without the hindrance of location being a .

E-LEARNING
Sometimes and in most cases students
have constraints that prevent them from attending class-room sessions.
As a caring training institution, Masharps provides such students with
e-learning facilities and tools, which enables them to learn without
having to attend class but receive the same level of academic support as
the class-room students.
This provides a flexible learning enviroment where the students are not tied down into being in a classroom to obtain their learning materials and be able to continue on when they are able to complete their education without hinderances.

CLASSROOMS
In this format, students attend class
at their nearest venue as per our approved schedule.
Here students interact with
their lecturers face-to-face in a classic classroom environment, and can still continue to clarify matters with their lecturers via other forms of electronic communication such as email, telephone, fax or
video-link.
This ensures that the learning process students have a continuous link to their
lecturers, even outside the class-room environment.
